Information we collect
We collect the information you provide directly: your email address for newsletter and waitlist signups, and your name, email, country, sizing and request details when you submit a made-to-order inquiry. Order, payment and shipping information is collected and processed by Shopify at checkout.
How we use it
Contact details are used to respond to inquiries, to notify you when a piece becomes available, and — where you have signed up — to send occasional campaign and release emails. Reference images you upload are used only to assess your made-to-order request.
Payments
J.GRANT does not store card details. All payments are processed by Shopify's secure hosted checkout under Shopify's own privacy and security terms.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time, and you can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email.
