Information we collect
We collect the information you provide directly: your email address for newsletter and waitlist signups, and your name, email, country, sizing and request details when you submit a made-to-order inquiry. Order, payment and shipping information is collected and processed by Shopify at checkout.
How we use it
Contact details are used to respond to inquiries, to notify you when a piece becomes available, and — where you have signed up — to send occasional campaign and release emails. Reference images you upload are used only to assess your made-to-order request.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use Shopify and Google Analytics to understand visits, product views, cart activity and purchases. We use Meta's pixel and Shopify's Meta integration to measure advertising performance. These services may process device and browser information, cookie identifiers and shopping activity. Our storefront tracking follows your cookie choices and Shopify's regional privacy settings. You can review or change your choices using Cookie preferences in the footer. Shopify also honors supported Global Privacy Control signals in its configured data-sharing opt-out regions. Payments
J.GRANT does not store card details. All payments are processed by Shopify's secure hosted checkout under Shopify's own privacy and security terms.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time, and you can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email.
