Orders and checkout
All orders are placed and processed through Shopify's hosted checkout. Product availability, pricing, discounts and inventory are managed in Shopify and may change without notice. An order is confirmed only once payment has been accepted at checkout.
Made-to-order requests
Submitting a made-to-order request does not create an order or a binding agreement. J.GRANT will respond with availability, pricing and estimated production timing. Production begins only after written confirmation and payment.
Shipping and returns
Shipping and returns are governed by the policies published on the Info page. Made-to-order and custom pieces are produced individually and are generally not eligible for return.
Intellectual property
All imagery, garment designs, hardware designs, text and marks on this site are the property of J.GRANT and may not be reproduced without permission.
